Daryl Campbell, aka Taxstone, has been indicted on murder charges for the 2016 shooting at T.I.’s concert at Irving Plaza.
He has already pled guilty to gun charges relating to the incident, but on Thursday, he pled not guilty to attempted murder and assault.
Troy Ave was wounded during the gun battle and his friend and bodyguard Ronald McPhatter was killed. Troy is currently suing the venue and Live Nation for failing to provide adequate security the night of the concert.
