Prior to getting dragged on Jay Z’s 4:44 album, Kanye left Tidal over a money dispute.

Sources say Yeezy has been ticked off with the company for a long time, and he thinks they owe him more than $3 million.

Our sources say a month ago, Kanye’s lawyer sent a letter to Tidal, saying the company was in breach and the contract was terminated. Over the next 2 weeks, lawyers for both sides tried to resolve the conflict but failed. We’re told 2 weeks ago, Kanye’s lawyer fired off a second letter declaring again the contract was over.

Tidal promised to give the rapper a bonus after his Life of Pablo album resulted in 1.5 million new subscribers for Tidal, but they still haven’t paid him his money.

FORMER #RHOA personality, Phaedra Parks resurfaced this weekend at the Essence Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana.

During her panel, Parks chatted with Essence editor Patrick Henry Bass, and skillfully portrays herself as a black woman, who has been victimized by the power of  television editing.

According to Parks, black people are often portrayed as one thing, especially those who consume salacious reality TV shows, but are more than that. In Phaedra’s own words,

“Black women are mosaic. We are diverse in nature.”

She downplays her role in creating the drug/rape rumor and paints herself as a survivor of an evil regime (Bravo), that used her to entertain viewers. “Television is a tough business. And the purpose of television is obviously to entertain and sometimes it’s at the expense of the people, who are doing the entertaining.” She tells the audience of mostly African-American women. “It’s a very hard platform to obviously maintain certain things on, because it is… a platform where they have the power to edit and make things appear as though, they’re one thing, when it’s something totally different. But you can’t live with regrets.”

She continues: “The size of your problem is sometimes indicative of the magnitude of your destiny!”

Apparently new Tidal users who don’t have Sprint for mobile access can’t play the new Jay-Z album, 4:44, which is streaming exclusively on the service for its first week.

Subscribers who signed up after June 26th and use other carriers can play any other music on the service, but if they attempt to
stream 4:44 they receive the following message:

An interviewer finally asked rapper Kodak Black to clarify his statements about light and dark skin women.

Even though Kendall and Kylie Jenner issued a public apology and removed the unauthorized music T-shirts from their website, the lawsuits have already started pouring in!

According to PEOPLE magazine, Biggie’s estate appreciates the shirts being pulled, but they say the legal matter is far from over.

“While we appreciate that the Jenners have made an apology and pulled the unlawful and unauthorized items, this matter has yet to be resolved.”

Also, the rock band the Doors has already sent out a cease-and-desist to the Jenners.

Although Ozzy Osbourne has yet to file a lawsuit, his wife and daughter have recently spoken out.

Are the Jenners getting what they deserve?

Mel B’s estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, is asking for $118,000 in spousal support after claiming he’s now homeless.

But Mel B fired back by saying she doesn’t have any money either. In fact, she blew through all the money she made from her days in the Spice Girls.

“She wiped out all her Spice Girls money, approximately $50 million if not more.”

On top of that, the couple has massive tax debts that need to be paid. Since Mel’s current $194,000-$198,000 monthly income isn’t enough to pay their bills, the estranged couple has been forced to put their $8 million dollar Los Angeles home on the market.

Bravo TV is reportedly furious about all the events surrounding Kenya Moore’s recent surprise wedding.

According to sources, the show has already started filming season 10. Since Kenya got married without cameras present, producers don’t think her story line is strong enough for her to remain on the show.

“The network isn’t happy with the recent series of events involving her ‘wedding.’ They feel that it put the authenticity of the series in jeopardy.She’s attempted to smooth things over by offering to have another ceremony next summer for the cameras, but that plan hasn’t been well received either.”
