    • The whole truth about sex change operations is hidden from the masses. A lot of times when they get older they deeply regret having undergone the procedure. A lot of times,recriminations start in shortly after the surgery. Suicide rates are also high among these people. And what they have is not a vagina. They turn their scrotum inward.
