Sources confirm Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida have finally reached a divorce settlement.
The settlement includes joint legal custody with Phaedra having primary physical custody since Apollo’s still locked up for fraud. But he’ll get weekly phone calls with both of their kids.
Apollo was also asking for spousal support and for their property to be split, but Phaedra contested by saying she had an ironclad prenup.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars chose to keep the terms of the rest of their agreement private. But hopefully, someone (Todd?

It will be interesting when he returns to find all ‘his’ assets gone. Looks like they both lived above their means.
