Kevin McCall Apologizes For Exposing Wale’s Herpes

Model Eva Marcille left a flirty empji under the rapper Wale’s instagram photo; which prompted Marcille’s baby daddy, singer, Kevin McCall, chimed in and exposed Wale for spreading the Herpes virus.

McCall later apologized to Wale by telling the rapper he was wrong for telling the public about his genital herpes.

      • Herpes can still be contracted with a condom I believe. I am not the authority to speak it on it and I wish B.Stivano/Bella was here to chime in as she now has me checking medicine cabinets for rx bottles and referencing WebMD when using people’s bathrooms.

        But really it seems literally everyone has herpes and its not a big deal. Kinda like gonorrhea back in the day. At least my uncles and senior male coworkers tell me that everyone caught the clap but our generation has stuff that can kill you (HIV/AIDs) and now they are reduced to wearing condoms and or playing roulette when stepping outside of their relationships.

There is a right way and a wrong way to educate someone you know, no need to be rude. And I’ll say it again, if you are going to correct someone about herpes and how it is contracted, give them ALL the facts, not just a reprimand.             • Miss Enga you get herpes simplex 2 from skin to skin contact, not from fluid interaction like all the other STDs. So that’s why a condom don’t stop it. If the sores are on the skin at the base of the penis or the testicles, they still rub up on the skin of the woman. So it is always important to use a condom but it won’t stop genital herpes. I know. I got it from my husband when we were married. And we were using condoms for pregnancy prevention. For those of you who don’t have it, you’re lucky. But it’s not as bad as some make it sound. It was terrible back when I got it. Now that there are antivirals, you never get a lesion anymore. And now that the antivirals are available in generics they aren’t too expensive either. I’m just telling you all this so no one will feel like their life is over if they get it.

            • 18:49 is absolutely correct. I became a victim of being careful myself with the condom. Yes even protecting is only a mere fraction, but the antiviral drugs are a God send. The important thing is not to stress out. That is one of the main important thing you can not do is stress out while you have HSV-2 in your system. A sign of a sharp pain in the back of your leg mainly the right calve will let you know it’s time to pop a pill once a day for three days. Its beat to suppress everyday.

In retrospect I realize my first comment was inconsiderate to those infected who were being responsible and monogamous and all that good stuff but just got unlucky, or victimized by their partner.             • Thank you so much Black Enga. In fact, I haven’t had an outbreak in like three years. I just take meds and live a healthy life. Men still approach me and I found one who is very understanding. He makes sure I have the medicine, we get tested, we have sex, and we are just like it is what it is. I try not to stress, but I do talk care of myself and just don’t think about it.

    • Sorry but I dont think people are lying. I certainly asked when I was single and dating and never once had a guy admit he has it. I used condoms but since that isnt a prevent-all, I guess I was lucky.And if my friends have it they never told me. But a lot of people caught chlamydia, tho. And that is curable so go figure.
