Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Phaedra Parks, might just be a compulsive liar…

Porsha Williams pointed the finger at her co-star for creating drugging and rape rumors about Kandi Burruss — but even when caught red-handed, Phaedra’s lies continued.

Kandi invited Angela Stanton’s name into the reunion chatter, and Phaedra fired back, claiming that she had “won” the defamation lawsuit, against the author of, “Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell the Truth and Shame the Devil.”

Phaedra’s statement was yet another lie.

In facty, the defamation lawsuit of Phaedra Parks vs Angela Stanton was DISMISSED on Monday, June 1, 2016. Stanton’s attorney, James Radford, Jr, issued a statement on June 2, 2016.

The case of Phaedra Parks vs Angela Stanton for defamation began in September 2012, after Stanton wrote and published her scathing tell-all, “Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell the Truth and Shame the Devil.”

The book portrays Phaedra Parks as the mastermind of an elaborate criminal scheme — one which involved Phaedra‘s former best friend Angela Stanton, and Phaedra’s imprisoned husband, Apollo Nida.

After years of legal maneuvering through various motions filed by Parks, both parties eventually reached a mutual settlement. If Parks had seen her day in court, she would have had everything to lose — in terms of her reputation and future business opportunities — by admitting to any of Stanton’s criminal conduct allegations.

Phaedra was deposed in October 2014 and REFUSED to answer questions about Apollo’s criminal activities during their marriage and stonewalled attorneys who tried to uncover the truth. The court found that Plaintiff (Phaedra Parks) had given “evasive or incomplete answers to certain questions posed by Defendant’s counsel.”

Aaron Hernandez’s first-degree murder conviction for the 2013 shooting of Odin Lloyd has officially been thrown out.

The former New England Patriots tight end is no longer a convicted murderer based on Superior Court Judge E. Susan Garsh’s ruling.

Since Hernandez, who hanged himself in his prison cell last month, didn’t complete the automatic appeals process for his conviction, the judge threw out the conviction and dismissed all of his charges.

Diddy’s former chef is suing him for all the raunchy things she had to deal with doing his post-sex escapades.

The woman, Cindy Rueda, says she was “regularly summoned” to serve the music mogul and his guests while they “engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.”

She said on one occasion, Diddy was in the nude when she entered the room, and he asked her if she liked what she saw.

Another time, a male house guest who was fully nude approached her in the kitchen and asked her to check out his package.

According to sources, Diddy’s rep says the lawsuit is “frivolous” and the chef is a “disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”

The guy Phaedra was texting while she was still with her husband, Apollo Nida, has finally been revealed.

The tea was spilled on Cadillac Kimberly’s Twitter feed. She used to be good friends with Phaedra, and Phaedra told her the truth about who Mr. Chocolate was.

So Pastor Jamal Bryant, also known as the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Potomac’s Gizelle Bryant, was the man who allegedly had Phaedra wide open!

Gizelle accused him of adultery, cruel treatment and “bodily suffering” during their divorce proceedings. He had two children from previous relationships, three kids with Gizelle, and another outside baby with jump off who took him to court in 2016.

Sounds just like Phaedra’s type, right?

Bravo confirmed to PEOPLE.com that no casting decisions have been made yet, but Parks confessed that, if offered, she’d still want to come back to the show.

“I would love to continue,” she said. “Obviously the show documents your journey, and every journey has its ups and downs.”

“It’s not always accurate, of course,” she added. “But for the moments that they capture something that’s real — like being a mom, helping someone out, having a very sensitive moment on television that turns into something beautiful — that’s the legacy that counts when it comes to reality TV. The moments that change people’s lives.”

Parks’ legacy is important to her, as is fighting the stereotypes black women are often put in on reality TV.

“I really want to show that you can be well-educated, you can be a professional and you can solve conflicts without being ratchet,” she said. “You can be a lady, you can have dignity in your dealings — whether it be personal or professional. I think sometimes as black women, we’re stereotyped in categories of being overly sexualized, of being the aggressive black woman and of being this ratchet sort of character that doesn’t know how to behave herself.”

“I want people to know that there is definitely a real kind of black woman who conducts herself in a certain way,” Parks added. “She’s not out here screaming and cursing and acting crazy. She does things differently, and people love her for it.”

According to Parks, the best way to rise above those stereotypes is by being an example of that good behavior.

“We have to show more images of that,” she said. “So that people don’t believe that the only way you can be successful and be on TV is by fighting and being a crazy character of a person — versus being very real and saying, ‘Hey, at a certain age you don’t have to raise your voice. You can think before you speak. You can articulate a problem. And you can either agree to disagree or you can resolve it.’ You don’t have to go to extremes every time you have an issue.”

One of the things Parks is thankful for from her time on reality TV so far is the opportunity to show that ambitious women are more than just one thing — and that “having it all” comes at a cost.

“If you think you’re going to be the best mother, it may mean you’re not going to be the best friend. If you’re going to be the best worker, you might not be the best mother,” she said.

“You have to recognize your limitations. You have to prioritize
and give yourself some leeway, or else you’ll go crazy.”

As for how she braves the onslaught of drama that comes with the show when the cameras aren’t rolling, Parks said she surrounds herself with a strong support system.

“I’ve had great friends since I was a little girl, I’m very close with my parents and I’m constantly bringing people into my circle who believe my vision and support my vision and who I believe are positive people,” she said. “I have a great sense of faith and I have a great sense of humor.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is a wrap, and Phaedra Parks will soon be able to say the same about her marriage to Apollo Nida.

The case will go before a judge on July 10th, after a November 16th ruling was reversed — pushing the case into the summer. A judge made the decision after determining that Apollo was not properly served, nor informed of the final divorce hearing.

Apollo’s attorney, Tessie Edwards, commented about Phaedra’s seemingly deliberate attempt to bamboozle her incarcerated husband.

“It’s important to note that when Apollo got served with the divorce, he had called Phaedra and asked her about it because it wasn’t even in their legal name,” Edwards told Radar
Online.

Apollo’s name was spelled “Nita” not “Nida” in the original filed paperwork.

“Phaedra advised him that she was going to just set the entire divorce aside.” Edwards explained. “She said that there were errors in the papers as they appeared and not to worry that they will file it when he gets out of prison.”

“After that, he didn’t get any notices and didn’t hear anything else about it,” Edwards alleged. “She had told him to disregard the complaint entirely, that this would wait. He was totally blindsided when he found out he was divorced!”

Apollo now has a shot at grabbing his share of marital assets, which would presumably aid in paying off his massive restitution bill, which sits around a staggering $2 million. Reportedly, he has paid off $118,406 to date. He is also believed to be seeking joint legal custody of his sons, Ayden 6, and Dylan, 3, despite the fact that he’s serving time in federal prison.

After airing the explosive final episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, word is, that Bravo TV has officially fired Phaedra Parks.

After it was revealed that Phaedra was the one who told Porsha that Kandi and her husband Todd Tucker were going to dry to drug her and rape her, Bravo gave Phaedra her pink slip.

We’re told Bravo felt like Phaedra’s allegations were so out of line, they simply couldn’t continue working with her and informed her in early April.

Chris Bosh and his wife, Adrienne, are being sued by the owners of an adult entertainment company. The owners say they rented the Bosh’s house in the Pacific Palisades and paid $138k to cover the 1st month’s rent and security deposit.

When they moved into the home, they noticed mold, plumbing issues, leaks, and rat droppings all over the place!

They even had to “seek medical assistance for sickness and rashes that they suffered from the time when the mold could be seen and smelled.”

The couple tried to get their security deposit back, but Chris and Adrienne said NOPE!

They’re suing for $92K of their deposit and unspecified damages.
