Mona Scott Young reportedly decided to pull the plug on the Houston edition of Love & Hip Hop recently due to the ongoing fights among the cast and ongoing threats of violence towards the producers during filming, but the cancellation of Houston has now shifted their focus to Miami where they’re currently crafting Love & Hip Hop Miami instead..
With a rumored cast that’s set to include Mike Smiff, Plies,Brianna Perry, Simply Jess, DJ Michelle Pooch, Malik the Editorial, PreMadonna, Bryant Mckinnie, Dawn Heflin, Trick Daddy, Trina, and some yet to be announced.

As fans of the VH1 reality hit know, the women have been at each other’s throats ever since their freaky hook up — with Dutchess accusing Donna of rape and Donna claiming the sex was consensual. Dutchess‘ mother has made a few guest appearance to support her daughter and often joins in social media banter about the show. But this time she may have gone too far.
On Tuesday, Donna posted a screenshot of Dutchess‘ mom blasting VH1 for making her daughter look, ‘crazy.’ Many say Dutchess is doing a fine job of looking crazy on her own. The episode that set her mama off aired last week — and showed Dutchess seeking legal advice to sue her ex Ceasar for half of his harlem tattoo shop. Dutchess made bold
claims of investing half the money to keep the shop afloat.
Well now, Dutchess‘ mom is crying foul and blaming VH1 for editing her baby to look bad. Her mother posted,

Porsha claimed she was always being bullied by the other women. Kenya calls bullsh*t. Who has gotten physical with more than one of the RHOA ladies? And who had to take anger management classes? Porsha, of course.
“She has repeatedly used this excuse before. Several of the ladies have been bullied as a child, as they revealed. She constantly bullies people by her aggressive behavior, physical attacks, or by telling boldface lies on them (Peter, Kandi, Kordell, myself, etc.). It’s just another way of deflecting.”
What lies, exactly? That Kandi Burruss was a lesbian and was especially “close” to Shamea Morton. That Kandi wanted to drug Porsha and drag her back to the non-existent sex dungeon. Oh, and that Kandi’s husband uses the alias “Marvin” to score tale while he’s away from home.
Kenya thinks it’s past time for Porsha to own up to her behavior.

The biopic will tell the story of how Kandi Burruss, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, and siblings LaTocha and Tamika Scott joined forces to make the platinum-selling quartet.
Meanwhile, TV One has announced its rival biopic, which the group has denounced as disappointing and disrespectful. “We are excited to join forces with Mona Scott-Young and Monami Entertainment to bring the real Xscape story to the world,” the group said in a joint statement.
“This partnership will allow us to tell our story about our lives the way we lived it. It’s our truth about the rise, the fall, and the return of Xscape. We feel the recent announcement of an unauthorized biopic on our lives is disrespectful and disappointing. We are not, in any way, participating in that project and it will never ‘represent’ our true story.”
Scott-Young explained her enthusiasm for the authorized project by highlighting the quartet’s influence. “Xscape has had a huge impact on music and are one of the most successful female groups of all time,” she said. “Monami Entertainment is honored to be charged with bringing the authorized Xscape story to the world.”
Some of the ladies have spoken about going out on tour together, however nothing official has been announced at this time. They are currently scheduled to return to the stage for a performance at the 2017 Essence Music Festival in New Orleans on July 2.
