An appeals court just reinstated Terrence Howard’s divorce judgment involving his second wife, Michelle Ghent.

The court found Terrence was coerced to sign the initial settlement, so Michelle is able to cash out on the actor’s earnings from Empire.

The initial ruling was tossed out in 2015 when Terrence said he was “under duress” when he agreed to pay Michelle spousal support.

He’s now back on the hook and forced to pay $5,800 a month and as much as $4 million a year, depending on his earnings from “Empire.”

Digital Underground’s Shock G, the one who put the satin on your panties, was arrested in Wisconsin on drug charges.

The group’s frontman was pulled over in the city of Rice Lake after cops ran the license plate and found it was listed to an unlicensed drive. The owner of the car was in the passenger seat and Shock was behind the wheel.

When cops searched the vehicle, they found drug paraphernalia and booked 53-year-old Shock G for possession. He was released on $100 bail.

Michale Vick’s dad, Michael Boddie, was one of 12 people charged in a heroin distribution operation in Norfolk, VA.

According to the indictment, 55-year-old Boddie was charged with dealing heroin and money laundering.

“From 2014 to 2017, the group conspired to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 1000 grams or more of heroin. Additional charges include money laundering, maintain drug-involved premises, use of a communication facility, and possession of a firearm during drug trafficking.”

She can’t use hot tubs or saunas, cannot handle or change cat litter, apply hair dye, or drink more than one caffeinated beverage per day or eat raw fish.

Now that his divorce is underway, Jesse Williams is battling his estranged wife, Aryn Drake Lee, for custody.

In a new petition, Jesse says Aryn is restricting his visitation with their two daughters.

According to sources, Aryn tells Jesse how long he can keep them, and has rejected his requests to see them numerous times.

“Aryn restricts my time with the children and decides when, and for how long I may have them. She has rejected, without any reason, each and every request I have made to have the children sleepover at my residence. On the few days that I have the children, Aryn has insisted that my time with the children be limited during the week to approximately two and half hours per day, despite my requests for more time, including overnights with the children.”

He’s now seeking joint custody.

Details of Prodigy’s death are starting to come out…and they are not pretty!

Allegedly, Prodigy choked on an egg Tuesday morning in the hospital, where he’d been getting treatment for a bout with sickle cell anemia. Multiple sources — connected to Prodigy and the investigation into his death — say he choked on the egg … however, it’s still unclear if that ultimately caused his death.

Officials are trying to find out if it was the choking or the sickle cell symptoms he’d been battling for days.

Prodigy had to be pulled out of a fan meet-and-greet event after Saturday night’s concert in Las Vegas … because his security team noticed he was struggling. It appears his sickle cell was exacerbated by extreme desert temps — it was reportedly as hot as 110 during the concert. The disease made him prone to dehydration and weakened his immune system.
