  1. gonna be a really shyt movie black people do’t waste your hard earned money on this shyt these fat cats whites are gonna be
making a lot of money off the movie. profiting off gangster rap music drugs guns and sex not a good look

it makes black people look bad!! that’s what these greedy dues want!!!!!

    • can’t be no worser than the money they making off so called gangster RAP THAT WAYNE, JEEZY, CHIEF KEEF IS DOING.

JAY Z IS STILL DOING SO CALLED Gngster raP.

    • I am protesting the movie because of its casting coloristic and racial requirements! Thanks for exposing the casting company and F.Gary Gray

      • @jossolyn your right the movie is about looks and coloring which it shouldn’t be about is about a group of black men

who rapped about piece and equality guns sex and drug they sent out the wrong message to young black kids

dr dre and ice cube are both sellouts!!!

  2. I’ll rather spend my hard earned dollars seeing the N.W.A. film than all of this vampire, paranormal stuff that has flooded the silver screen

  3. Aldis Hodge? The casting director should have went to a middle school as NWA was comprised of midgets. Dre was the only one of normal height. Must be a Compton thing. No shade to my lovely leprachaun kendrick. This new movie will be the millinieum Oz/The Wire to jumpstart black male careers.

          • lol That’s what I thought, or did I miss the Memo where the average height of men was 6’2,” the average of models and Presidents, and not the longstanding 5’9?” Cube, Ren, and prolly Yella were around the latter height.

          • Nah 5’8 is no giant such as ren and cube and cube had a gut with it,. Average U.S. male height it 5’10 and half, they are short. Dre is 6’1 and average to me as I may want to wear an occasional heel and not feel like I am bending over to kiss my play niece. But they have families some wome like short men. I want to put Kendrick in my purse.

            • …As if 2 inches in height makes that much of a difference–That’s not even a head taller than someone. What’s really real is that you’re just a tall female, so logic would dictate you would want a taller man, but dissing people for something they can’t change isn’t helping your cause any. Everyone knows Eazy was short (Hence his son’s height), but the rest of them were mostly around/at or slightly above average height for men.

            • My original post concerned Dre being normal and the others short which is statistically correct. I dont see the issue unless you were/are offended by the midget comment concerning below average height males which is your issue and not mine.

            • I’m not offended in the least, just wondering how ‘average’ height magically became ‘short’ just because one woman is statistically taller than the average female? That is the only ‘issue’ at present.

            • …And apparently disagreeing with people on a discussion forum where people, you know, discuss things now constitutes being ‘argumentative’ and ‘having the last word.’ If that’s the case, then you were essentially talking about yourself. How adept of you! Slick-talking, like bullets, has no names attached to it.

            • No slick talk or conjecture, just facts. I am confused over why you are “debating” the use of the word short as it applies to NWA less Dre when stats and definitions support it. You are being argumentive by definition: give reasons or cite evidence in support of an idea, action, or theory, typically with the aim of persuading others to share one’s view.

I normally dont go back and forth, I say whatever and move on. Just wanted to “overstand” bc what I said was indeed correct.

I need to find a duffle bag and duct tape for Kendrick.

            • Did I not pose the question of since when was 5’8″ considered ‘short,’ to which you said that 5’10” was the average height, a whopping 2-inch difference? I then surmised that you must be a tall woman, a statement that had no malice, but was an attempt to figure out why you were purporting yourself to be such a height snob, then all of a sudden, I’m ‘argumentative’ and ‘needing to have the last word’ just because I don’t live in the models-only fantasyland (The only scenario in which what you said would be ‘correct’) you apparently do. I’m not seeing why that is so hard to understand, but whatever. The best thing to do is agree to disagree/drop it.

      • I want to smuggle K.dot in my hardshell carry-on. Dude is damn near perfect.

Replied to the wrong thread above

        • I SO agree it’s ridiculous. But at 5’9 1/2(me) I doubt that he’d be interested. Maybe some of those Tammy Cruise lifts? The short ones are usually the most creative and brainy, whereas the space eaters LOOK good but typically have room temperature IQ’s. Exceptions noted: Grant Hill and Shane Battier.
So I tend to wear a lot of ballet flats and slump.

          • I think as long as you have a donk like the chick described on Master Splinters Daughter and Backseat freestyle video you are good. I am in awe when I find a fellow introspective non-drinker. But you will have to fight me for him. I love Grant(had a thing for Duke players as a kid) and Shane too and you are right about the short ones. Interesting we are about the same height and like the same type men and the same humor *touches monitor like ET*

        • Thanks. His longtime woman doesnt have a donk, is educated, plain and down to earth though tiny. It makes me want him more. Keep hope alive semi-donk. Tall cute smart ones exist and you will one day wear heels on a date instead of post-party After Flats. Trajan Langdon is another one. Something about those Duke players. Still love my Compton Keebler who is on the Budweiser tour end of month if you are in LA.

  4. Besides the Notorious B.I.G. the fact that Hollywood wants to do more bio pics films on HIP-HOP icons is a good move, I am looking forward to not only the N.W.A. film, but the upcoming film on the life and times of Tupac Shakur and hopefully a good, honest film would be done on RUN D.M.C., I wonder why with all the contacts Russell Simmons has in the industry, a RUN D.M.C. film is yet to be made? go figure

    • Hip hop needs to stay outta of Hollywood the NWA movie isn’t gonna be that good its probably gonna be the Dre Ice Cube movie more then NWA seem like they gonna treat Ren and Yella like b squad members wonder if the gonna tell how much DOC and Lay Law were involved in making that thing come together and also if they tell the truth about how Jerry Heller got in the mix not that bullshit story bout how the white man came in a cheated them

      • YELLA WAS A DJ, REN CAREER WITH NWA WAS HIS BEST DAYS.

RENS SOLO RECORDS DID’NT SELL THAT MUCH.

LAYLAW WAS A BEHIND THE SCENES MAN HE DID’NT DO TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING.

AT LEAST YELLA PLAYED DRUMS AND DID TURNTABLES.

        • Take away Ren Yella Lay Law and DOC u don’t have NWA u have CIA which was the first group that him and Dre worked on with Sir Jinx the person that introduced Cube to Dre so it don’t matter how Ren solo career went if this is suppose to be NWA story they need to tell how the unit formed and what really broke them up not that bullshit about Eazy getting more money

    • I laugh when people try to cast people who looks nothing like them, but more like what they wish they looked like. I remember Aretha Franklin saying she wanted Haley Berry to play her in her bio. Gimme a break!

  5. what we need to be concern about is the use of the “n word” a white women is directing this movie which is disappointing
what does a middle aged white women know about 90’s gangster rap? they could of found a black director to do this film

knowing how white people operate she’s probably white wash it like more black movies probably change it to make it more
    appealing for the white audiences

  6. We have to address why these sellout rappers such as Dre, Cube,Ren, and Yella have not opposed to this woman directing it. I guess anything for a dollar. They glorified the n word, disrespected black women, and destroyed the black culture. Our ancestors are turning in their graves!

    • They probably won’t mention him who’s gonna be DOC,Lay Law,Lonzo shit whos gonna play Sir Jinx

      • SIR JINX WAS’NT EVEN KNOWN IN THE 80’S HE WAS A HANGER ON KISSING CUBES ASS MAINLY UNTIL CUBE LEFT AND SIR JINX BECAME HIS DJ AND PRODUCER.

BUT YES SIR JINX WAS AROUND THE NWA CREW YOU CAN SEE HIM ON THE NWA AND THE POSSE ALBUM COVER.

FORGOT CUBE, JINX AND K DEE WAS IN A RAP GROUP CALLED CIA THEY MADE 1 ALBUM PRODUCED BY DRE.

THE CUT MY POSSE WAS REMADE BY EAZY AND BECAME 8 BALL CHECK IT OUT.

        • Lonzo is the person that connected Eazy with Jerry Heller because Jerry was managing the wrckin crew I always foun d it funny that Dre says he didn’t know where Jerry came from I just wanna see them niggaz Dre and Cube keep it real for once

  7. I bet you this mvie will use the N word more times than the movie DJango Unchained!

  8. I know people want to see this movie to hear their story but a lot of gangs are going to want to really start up they can rap and say what ever about the hood but they don’t live in the hood when shit go down I wish it was not going to come out sorry but that’s how I feel their music started a lot of crap.

  9. NWA is lionized by some factions in our race, but, their music was not for our consumption and benefit. White suburban youth could visualize hood tricks and stunts without dealing with the real violence and bloodshed the group promoted in their music. To this day, Dre and Cube have not acknowledged the sinister role they played in brainwashing 2 generations of black males to perform fellatio on a pistol or ak-47 like a cheap hooker on the block. The movie be damned, we have enuf problems to deal with. How many of us have to die before those in gangsta-rap get on bended knee?

  10. NWA is directly responsible for f*cking up Black america with their women hating anti family bullshit and teaching 2 generations of BM to hate self kill self and be selfish drug addicted alcoholic party freaks. There I said it and I’ve been there at the birth of hiphop

    • THEE1 While you can come very harsh with your anti-BM posts, I am with you all the way on this point. They were the Rosetta Stone of the disrespecting women thing which is now out of control.

  11. Will not support. Another movie based on the ignorance of the black community, I’ll pass.
