Robert F. Smith and his wife Hope Dworaczyk Smith have received the Philanthropic Leadership Award during the 9th annual gala organised by the Council of Urban Professionals, honoring companies and professionals of color who are making moves to address the racial, ethnic, and gender parity in leadership positions across the country.
